NexVita Health operates as a Direct Primary Care (DPC) and regenerative wellness clinic. This means we provide personalized, relationship-centered
care directly to our patients without insurance involvement.
Our Care Model
NexVita offers a hybrid approach combining primary care with regenerative and longevity-focused services. Care begins with either a complimentary Signature Consultation or a Primary Care Intake, followed by individualized treatment planning.
Our model allows for:
• Longer, unrushed appointments
• Direct access to your care team
• Personalized protocols based on labs and clinical evaluation
• Preventive, regenerative, and optimization-focused care
Self-Pay Clinic
NexVita Health is a self-pay practice.
We do not participate in private insurance plans, Medicare, or Medicaid. Patients are responsible for payment at the time services are rendered unless otherwise arranged.
Primary care is provided through a quarterly membership following intake. Regenerative and wellness services are offered separately and may vary based on clinical needs and personalization.
Good faith estimates are available upon request in accordance with No Surprises Billing guidelines.
Financial Responsibility
Patients are responsible for all fees associated with services received. Pricing may vary based on treatment type, dosage, and clinical complexity. Some services require informed consent prior to care.
Financing options may be available to help make care more accessible.
Care Eligibility & Alignment
NexVita specializes in regenerative and longevity-focused care. Not all health concerns may be appropriate for our model. Clinical eligibility is determined through consultation and evaluation to ensure alignment with our scope of services.
