Wellness Plans include an initial evaluation, basic labs, customized treatment planning, and follow-up telehealth visits. Medications are billed separately and are not included in plan pricing. Basic labs are included; additional or specialty testing may incur additional fees. Laboratory monitoring typically occurs at the start of treatment, one month after therapy begins, and every three months thereafter. Plans are month-to-month with no contracts.
